Shipping
All Items Will be sent via USPS. We cannot and will not guarantee a specific shipping date. The usually amount of time goes as follows:
Midwest= 2-3 business days
East Coast= 2-3 business days
West Coast= 3-7 business days
Canada=1-2 weeks
Please allow 1-3 days for handling time.
Tracking will be emailed to you via your Paypal email.
We can only ship the Paypal address or credit card billing address.
We are not held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged package or product. Contact your local Post Office or UPS if your package falls into any of these categories.
Shipping Charges
Shipping within the continental United States is a flat $7. A flat rate of $14 to residents in HI and AK.
Local pick-ups are free of charge. Just place the order, call the store to notify us it's a pick up and when you come in and pick up your items we will refund you the charged shipping. *Items will be packed and shipped if order is not picked up within 7 business days
International Shipping Charges
International shipping is a flat $30 USD for all packages excluding irregular shaped or packages over 4 lbs in weight. If in the case of irregular or over weight package a invoice will be sent for the difference in price.
Payments
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.
Exchange Policy
We do not do refunds and only accept exchanges for product within a 7 day period after the delivery date.
*ATTENTION*
-You must contact us before returning an item. Any item sent to us without authorization will be denied, refused, and/or sent back.
-Items being exchanged have to be in its original/unworn condition.
-Sale items, headwear, accessories, and mystery boxes are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.
-All items returned for refund that is not a result of our error will incur a 10% deduction of return amount for a restocking fee.
-Any exchanges for an item that is not a result of our error will require an additional shipping charge.
